It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Carducci (Leamington, Ontario), who passed away on December 31, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Augusto; her children, Philip, Maria Brown (Bill) and Angie Myles (Bill); her grandchildren, Tim (Jane), Chris, Jodie (Mike), Patric, Amanda (Mike) and Melissa; and her great grandchildren, Holly, Austin, Jacob, Megan, Josie, Sam, Alivia and Makenzie. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Parish Building Fund, The Canadian Hemophilia Society or a charity of your choice.
