He was predeceased by: his grandchild Sherra Howe; his brother-in-law Doug Jolly; his siblings, Dorie Weese, Burt, Roy, Les and Richard; and his parents, Len Wilkins and Ann Wilkins.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Rhonda Newland, Marcia (Tom Howe) and Todd (Tammy); his grandchildren, Geoff Newland (Lisa), Gillian Newland (Brian Hoang), Ansley Newland, Adam Howe (Kathleen Dundas), Justin Wilkins (Jazmine Mossey) and Caitlin Wilkins (Cliff); and his sister-in-law Edith Ann Jolly.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Erie Shores Hospice would be appreciated.
