He is survived by: his spouse Lori; his child Nicole Hynes (Damon); his stepchildren, Nathaniel Hoffman (Heather) and Katrina Heminger; his parent Erica Hamm (Jake); his siblings, Ron Hamm and Robert Hamm (Sandy); his parents-in-law, James Schuett (Nan) and Sharon Schuett; and his friend Patti Leslie.
