He was predeceased by: his parent William Whaley; his child Mark; and his siblings, Alfred Bride (Joyce), Rex Bride (Kay) and Edith Bride (George).
He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn; his parent Olive Whaley; his children, Carol Ives, Leamington, Brian North Bay (Angie), Darl and Victoria B.; and his sisters, Doreen Scratch (late Hugh) and Eleanor Laramie (late Bub). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
