She is survived by: her children, Arianna June and Braylin Abigail; her parents, Erica Smith and Melodee Lovering; her sister Sheryl Bondy (Terry); her nieces and nephews, Abigail, Hayden and Sara Colenutt (Terry); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, River and Parker; her sister-in-law Helen Lovering (Kevin); and her husband Lloyd. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

October is breast cancer awareness month and donations may be made to Canadian Breast Cancer in memory of Melissa.
