She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Askin; her parents, Edgar Bourdeau and Josephine Bourdeau; her siblings, Dorothy Ouellette (Stan), Rosemarie Backstrom (Art) and Francis Bourdeau; and her nephew David.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Patricia McGuire (Rob), Mary Lynn McGuire (David), Janice Vadovic (late Frank), Kerrie Jo Therrien (Don), Edgar Bourdeau (Sandy), Beverely Ann Bourdeau (Scott), Lori Bourdeau and Nicole Bourdeau.
