He is survived by: his wife Tena; his children, Alice, David, Jacob, John and Emma-Jean; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jannisse, Daniel, Donovan, Liesje, Christina, Deanna, Danja, Leah, Janeve and Alysha. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
