He was predeceased by: his parents, Adeline Voakes and Hugh Voakes; and his siblings, Dan Voakes (Rose) and Steven Voakes. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Voakes, Richard Voakes and George Voakes; his nieces and nephews, Dan, Deana, Darrin, Jeannie, Debra, James, Stephanie, Samantha and Doris; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Bayleigh, Emily, Jacey and Gabriella.
