He was predeceased by: his wife Elisabeth Molema. He is survived by: his sons, Perry Jack and Robert Henry; his caregiver Sherry Molema-DeBot; his granddaughters, Melissa Molema (Alex Defrancesco) and Lindsay Molema (Dan Golas); his great grandchildren, Maximus and Mila; and his sister-in-law Ina Dennekamp (Louie Ettling).
