He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank (Mary), John and Anna Horn (late Adam). He is survived by: his wife Katie; his children, Harold (Kathy) and Michele; and his grandchildren, Jeff (Lauren), Mark (Melissa), Brooke, Blake, Edward, Annabelle, Nicholas, Bryson and Lelah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
