He was predeceased by: his son Richard Allan Simpson; his parents, Allan F. Simpson and Viola Simpson (Hetherington); and his brother Charles Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Rahm); his children, Colleen Klassen (Ben) of Walla Walla, Washington, Wally Simpson (Debbie) of Leamington and Beth Roossinck (Reg) of Bolton, ON; his grandchildren, Ethan, Elanna, Luke, Bethany Klassen, Curtis Simpson (Lauren), Courtney Klein (Stephen), Greg Simpson, Erin and Colin Roossinck; his siblings, Doug Simpson (Elsie) of Penticton, B. C. and Barbara Simpson of Leamington; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Carol Rahm, Ken and Ann Phibbs.
