It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ed Gerard (Leamington, Ontario), who passed away on April 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ed Gerard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary, Lenora, Tom, Gertrude and Peggy; and his sibling-in-law Theresa Glasier.

He is survived by: his spouse Carmel; his children, Dave Gerard and Karen Schafer (Dave); his stepchildren, Don Taggart (Kelly) and Michelle Boughazale (Jeff); his grandchildren, Savannah Gerard, Luca Schafer, Makayla Taggart, Peyton Taggart, Emelia Boughazale and Sophia Boughazale; his sibling Fern Teskey (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Rita Laporte (Bernard), Ed Glasier (Theresa), Betty Quinlan (Bob), Marie Mailloux (Paul) and Wayne Glasier.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made, by cheque, to Erie Shores Hospice.
