With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Conceicao Demelo (Leamington, Ontario), who passed away on October 2, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Mauricio; and her siblings, Carlos Rebelo, Filomena Marques and Armando Rebelo. She is survived by: her children, Duarte (Ursulina) and Lorena Carreiro (Daniel); and her siblings, Aldina Paz Ferreira and Olivia Demelo. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Erie Shores Hospice or St. Michael's Church.
