Aaltje Grietje Hoekstra Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2018, Aaltje Grietje Hoekstra (Leamington, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Yikka, Kempen (Peter), Ulbe Hoekstra, Trina Konrad (Paul) and August Hoekstra (Lorrie); her grandchildren, Rose (Joe), Jenny (Neil) and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Norah, Ethan and Emmett. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Southwestern Ontario Gleaners would be appreciated.
