She was predeceased by: her husband Roy A. Bulloch; and her sons, John Bulloch and Jeffrey. She is survived by: her close friend Doreen Wright of Athens; her children, Debra Cross (Garry) of Lansdowne, Jim Bulloch (Joan) of Thompson, MB and Ronald Bulloch (Cathy) of Smiths Falls; her daughter-in-law Sherry McTaggart; her grandchildren, Lee-Anne Dickson (Josh), Andy Cross (Melissa), Mary Bulloch (Troy), Clinton Bulloch (Amanda), Grace Simkins, Dustin Bulloch (Jen), Candace Bulloch and Kyle Bulloch; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Liam, Kirsten, Madeline and Adelaide.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Noreen's memory to the St Lawrence Medical Centre or the Gananoque Humane Society.
