He was predeceased by: his son Ben; his parents, Roy Foley and Margaret Foley; and also, Jack and Joyce Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Roger (Alexis), Jamie and Dan (Sarah); his grandchildren, Cara, Arianna, Caleb, Mason, Devin, Brentley, Lucas, Colten, Maddy, Logan and Patrick; his sisters, Jackie Livingstone (Daryl) and Mitzi Matthews (Dan); and his uncle Bob (Norma). He is also survived by extended family, cousins, nieces and nephews, a community of friends.
In memory of Guy, donations to the Lung Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
