He is survived by: his wife Barbara Powell (Smith); his children, Cindy McCarthy (John) of Lansdowne, Debbie Goff (David) of Lansdowne and Brian Powell (Suzanne) of Lansdowne; his grandchildren, Erica Beaulieu (Andy), Andrea Reid (Matt Cross), Justin Goff, Ashley and Nicholas Powell; his great grandchildren, Rachel and Reese; and his siblings, Madeline Woods (late Allan), Raymond Powell (Esther), Vera Seymour (late Doug) and Bertha Olson.

In memory of Earl donations to the Alzheimer Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
