Don Slate Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don Slate (Lansdowne, Ontario), who passed away on August 13, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don Slate to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson Slate and Mildred Slate (Cranker); and his brother Barry Slate. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Slate (Lavery); his children, Tyler Slate (Joanne) and Teena Slate (Mark Turnbull); his grandchildren, Allyson Slate, Andria Slate-Burns (Tyler), TJ Slate (Amanda), Brittany Gipson (Nial) and Brooke Gipson (Jake); his great grandchildren, Ava, Owen, Raeya and Jace; and his siblings, Morris Slate (Nancy) and Katherine Urquhart (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID restrictions, please call the Funeral Home at 613-659-2127 if you would like to attend the Celebration of Life as there is a limit to how many people can be in attendance at a time.
