Putoczki of Tillsonburg; his daughter Lisa (Henry Bouchard) of London; his grandchildren, Alexa and Zachary; his son Craig Hasilo (Joelle) of Montreal; his granddaughters, Evelyne and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Tracey Griffin (Mike) of Australia and Christopher Putoczki of Ridgeway; his brother Andy Putoczki (Kathleen); and also, Christian, Thomas, Kate and Lola. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
