He is survived by: his sister-in-law Josie (Alphons Mels) of Vanessa; his daughter Clara; his wife Clara Dehens (Vermeersch); his daughter Linda (Ron Sys); his granddaughter Rachel Sys; his son Dan Dehens (Gina); his grandchildren, Shauna (Leif), Lauren (Bryn Thomson) and Shae-Lynn (Chris); and his sister Josie (Alphons Mels) of Vanessa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
