It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Cyrielle Etienne (Langton, Ontario), who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Tulpin; and his nephew Wayne Tulpin. He is survived by: his parent Laura Tulpin; his child Kerry Tulpin (Justin Burke); his child-in-law Simcoe; his children, Brandon Tulpin of Ryan, Alyssa, Jason Tulpin (Chantel) of Brantford, Sydney, Erin, Jaelin, Jayce and Mekwan Tulpin; and his siblings, Lillian Hanson (Ed), Al Tulpin (Darlene), Elk Lake, Larry Tulpin, Glenn Tulpin and John Tulpin (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations in Leo's memory are to the "Who Did It Club, Simcoe" through the funeral home.
