He is survived by: his parents, Jen and Mike Jr.; his sister Meg (Tony); his grandparents, Marg, Mike Sr. and Gerry Hogeveen (late Tine); and his aunts and uncles, Melissa Cseke (Jason), Matthew Carrier (Jenn), Marty Carrier (Erika), Maryann Uimonen (Jason), Bryan Hogeveen (Joanne) and Kevin Hogeveen. He is also survived by his many family, friends.
