She was predeceased by: her spouse John W. Sandilands; her siblings, John, George, Donald, Norma Fisher, Audrey Fisher and Sheila Field; and her parents, Ben Snider and Mary Catherine Snider.
She is survived by: her children, Rod Sandilands (Gisele De Kinder) of St. Lambert, Linda Mitchell of Ottawa, Scott Geddes (Val Renwick) of Cambridge and Karen Speers (Gary); her grandchildren, Natalie, Michelle, Sondra (Greg), Mary and Jordan (Tristan); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Ben, Will, Hannah, Nick, Logan and Zosia.
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
