He was predeceased by: his sibling Magdelena. He is survived by: his spouse Janet; his children, David Perchaluk (Connie), Margaret Perchaluk, Carolyn Perchaluk (Graham Gibson) and Susan Kadwell (Patrick); and his siblings, Alex, Anne, Paul and Steve.
