She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Noemer; her granddaughter Jessica Knechtel; her parents, George Israel and Hilda Israel; and her siblings, Arthur, Clarence, Earl Israel, Esther Buschert, Doris Ratz and Gladys Storer.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew and Girling; her stepdaughter Janet Knechtel; her granddaughter Hayley Knechtel; and her siblings, June, Chambers and Verneda Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
