She was predeceased by: her child Gail Piitz; her former husband Walter Piitz; and her siblings, Earl, Ross, Marjorie and Bob.
She is survived by: her spouse Alfred Vieregge; her children, Philip Piitz (Heidi), Richard Vieregge (Jill) and Linda Vieregge (Barb); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Daniel, Kate (Francois), Tim, Jessica and Travis; her great grandchildren, Felix and Annabelle; and her siblings, Jean and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
