She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Tennant and Mary Tennant (MacDougall); and her in-laws, Betty Buffam, Thelma Vincent, Don Patterson, Rob Patterson and Stanley Sergeant.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Patterson; her grandchildren, Libby, Mallory Alger, Mitchell, Claire Rabb, John, Nathan, Alexandra, Eric Duncan, Alyssa, Gracyn and Nicholas Patterson; her brother Gerald Tennant; and her sisters-in-law, Lorna Sergeant, Dorothy Fraser (Peter), Elva Patterson Rutters and Cathy Patterson. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
