She was predeceased by: her son Brian; her grandson Collin; her siblings, Walter, Evelyn and Lila; her sister-in-law Doris Millar; and her husband George Bateman.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce, Ross (Sherry), Karen McCahon (Neal) and Allen; her grandchildren, Jade, Lindsay, Laura, Ian, Alexis, Karlene, Jaclyn and Jillian; and her great grandchildren, Presley, Sean, Maeve and Isabelle. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
Winnie also helped to form a bridge club with her curling friends that's still going strong (and will resume after the pandemic).
