He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Tedford and Dora (Clements); and his siblings-in-law, Harold, Edythe Payne, Lulu Cooper and Paul Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his sons, Ken, Randy (Liz) and Rod (Arlene); his grandchildren, Russell, Cassandra and Billy; his great grandchild Alex Wayne; his siblings, Norma Hamilton (Art), Marg, Marion, Linda Park, Judy Bryan (Les), Susan, David and Wendy Dunford (Gary); and his brother-in-law Jim Payne (Brenda). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
