She was predeceased by: her parents, Bhagwanji Jethwa and Vijayaben Jethwa; and her brother Chandu Jethwa. She is survived by: her spouse Batook Parmar; her children, Sachin Parmar (Nila Parmar) and Bhavin Parmar (Emily Darfler); her grandchildren, Ariya Saraswati Parmar and Avani Parvati Parmar; her siblings, Raju (Bharti), Kala (Rajesh), Shobna (Shanti) and Sheila (Rashmi); and her nieces and nephews, Praful, Shreeya, Priya, Paresh (Preena), Amit (Toral), Rakhee (Simon), Sangeeta (Hardeep), Trusha (David) and Meera (Michael). She is also survived by many grand nieces and nephews, as well as many more close family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hendren Funeral Home (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
