She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Mac" Short; and her siblings, Keith Manley (Audrey), Allan Manley (Marjorie), Elwood Manley, Gladys Richardson (George), Madeline Elmhurst (Dick) and Elva Coward (Clifford).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Bell (Earle) of Peterborough and Arlene Rowan (Jim) of Bailieboro; her grandchildren, Earle Richard Bell (Wendy), Shari Lee Canning (Jim), Dan Rowan (Shari) and Paul Rowan (Katie); her great grandchildren, Nicholas (Kait), Dylan (Carley), Cassidy (Kurtis), Julia (Phil), Tyler (Katie), Laura (Malachi), Becky, Luke, McCallum, Maeve and Anna; her great great grandchildren, Nolan, Ellie, Blakely, Brodie and Poppy; and her sisters-in-law, Doreen and Iva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
