He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Armstrong and Marion Armstrong; his former wife Donna Flynn; and his siblings, Keith and Iris.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Armstrong (Christine), Cindy Stamoulakatos (Peter), Karen Armstrong-Fletcher (Howard), Kevin Armstrong, Rick Pearson (Allison), Joanne Graham (Paul), Betty Fricker (Mike), Ron Pearson (Andrea) and Dianne Johnson (Rod). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
