The memory of Gwen Tedford of Lakefield, Ontario, who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Nelson Tedford; her son Ralph Nelson Tedford; her parents, Elizabeth Anne (Elliott) and James Justin O'Brien Clark; and her siblings, June Organ, Robert and Lowell Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Dobson of Halifax, N. S., Connie Perry (Steve) of Cornwall, Karen McCarthy (Brian) of Scottsdale, Jim (Katherin) of Young's Point and Craig (Kim) of Lakefield; her grandchildren, Shayne, Shawna, Crystal, Alison, Justin, Chris, Amy, Nathan and Lauren; her siblings, Dorothy Lainey Clark, Gary Clark and Catherine Fox; and her friend Don Dunford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Room of the Hendren Funeral Homes, Lakefield Chapel (66 Queen St, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Selwyn Outreach Centre.
