He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clarkson and Doreen Clarkson; and his sister Caroline Barr (John). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clarkson; his great grandchild Karoline Kennedy; his brothers, Bill Clarkson of Lakefield and Pete Clarkson (Janet) of Trent Lakes; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Lounsbury of Bobcaygeon, Jim Sterling (late Mary) of Peterborough and Eleanor White (late Jim) of Bridgenorth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
