She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Welsh; her parents, Burl and Blanche; her stepfather Ben Kelly; her sister Eileen Lavoy; her niece Connie; her nephew Ernie; and her grandson Dustin.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Record (Jeff) of Kanata, William Welsh (Sharon) of Cannington, Wayne Welsh (Helga) of South Mountain and David Welsh (Dana) of Pickering; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Sarah and Adam Jr. Dear; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Harmonee, Kai, Graycee, Oliver, Adeline and Jacob.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Society, Gideons International, Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice and Selwyn Outreach Centre as expressions of sympathy.
