He was predeceased by: his son Jarred; his parents, Sadie L. Benson and Sandy N Benson Sr.; and his siblings, Delma, Webster and Melvin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Jr., Alison, Ned, Rod (Melody) and Charlene; and his grandchild Jaron.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Curve Lake Community Centre (20 Whetung St E, Curve Lake, ON K0L1R0).
