He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Roger Verhoeve; and his mother Elizabeth Betty Tutton (Thourgood). He is survived by: his spouse Mary Kitching (Roose); his child Tim Kitching; his child-in-law Sandra Kitching of London; his grandchild Dakota Kitching; his sister Isabelle (Russell Ransome Sr.) of Northern Ontario; and his brother-in-law Bob Roose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
