He was predeceased by: his spouse Hellen Phelps; his son Bob Phelps (Karen) of Spring Bay, Ontario.; and his siblings, Art and Lillian Phelps. He is survived by: his children, Anne Reeves of Dutton, Carole, Pat McKeag of Headingley and Ron of London; and his brother Charles. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
