He was predeceased by: his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smith; his children, Stuart Smith of West Lorne and Laurie Welch (Kelly) of Kilworth; his grandchildren, Tabitha Hastings (Brian), Kayleigh Smith, Courtney and Rory Welch; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Morgan.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Komoka United Church (110 St Lawrence Ave, Komoka, ON N0L1R0).
