He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Thompson; his stepson Richard Roy (Christine Poole-Roy); his stepgrandchildren, Samantha Roy (Maxwell Blanke), Kenny Roy (Bailey Ray) and Jamie Roy; and his siblings, Gail Thompson, Theresa Trouten (Bill), Susan Thompson, Jack Thompson and Mike Thompson (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
