He was predeceased by: his brother Butch Sack; and his father Adam Sack. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jill Evans; his mother Bernadette Sack (Benny); his sisters, Jill Penney (Paul) and Nancy Eby (Don); his children, Ryan, Alyson (Junior), Tyler and Trevor (Emilie); his grandchildren, Ryanna McCarty, Zayne, Kai, Kaliyah Bernard and Adalyn Hennig; his nieces and nephews, Alisia, Justina, Mitch and Blaine; and his close friend Jill. He is also survived by friends and family.
