He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Koehler; his daughter Tiffany; his parents, Jerome Koehler and Jean Koehler; and his brother Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Kim (Steve Stumpf) and Blaine; his grandchildren, Ryan and Tessa; and his sisters, Dixie and Sheri (Paul). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
