He was predeceased by: his father David. He is survived by: his spouse Iveta; his son Aaron; his mother Diane; his parents-in-law, Karel and Kveta; his sister Lisa; his siblings-in-law, Robert and Karel; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas (Kaelyn), Andrew, Victoria, Natasha and Logan.
