She is survived by: her husband Richard Jurchuk; her children, Jamie (Zandi), Tim (Tina) and Shelly; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Dani, Alyssa, Tyson Jurchuk, Gabrielle and Dakota Bauer; her sister Cindy (Ken); her siblings-in-law, Susan, Mary and Carmen; and her caregiver Sharon.
