She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonietta Hubacheck and Anthony Sykora; and her siblings, Anna, Mary, Bessie, Camille and Carl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terrilynn Mueller (Glenn), Tammilee Gerrard and Kelly Dearlove (Paul); her grandchildren, Craig Mueller (Lindsay), Terra Grelik (Matt), Erin Faught, Meghan Faught (Sarah Wilson) and Shelley Faught (Jay Sheehy); and her great grandchildren, Ava Suzanne, Eden Rose and Adalynn Rose.
