He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kennedy and Helen Kennedy; his sister Janet; his brother-in-law Marv; and his nieces, Jaclyn and Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kennedy; his children, Robert (Sharon), Colleen, Steven (Joane) and David; his grandchildren, Jesse, Elizabeth, Grace, Calvin, Kate, Luke and Sean; and his siblings, Bruce (Donna), Catherine, Shirley (Garnet), Barbara, Douglas, Karen (Bruce) and Richard (Elaine).
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation or the Grand River Hospital Foundation or the St. Mark's Lutheran Church-Indwell project would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
