He is survived by: his niece Jodie (Marty); his nephew Todd (Eun Kyong); his sister-in-law Beth; his great-niece Lauren (Mark); his great-nephews, Caleb, Mace and Aidan; his stepson Chris; his friend Shahid of Comfort Keepers; and also Marah.

“Randy and Dennis moved into the house next door to us when we still lived in Kitchener (25 years ago). They had Russell and we had our Newf, Darling, and so there had to be a walkway through the hedge for the pets to go back and forth. I remember fondly Randy telling me Darling would come over to the sliding doors at the back of their home and "knock" on the glass for Russell to come out and play. They were great neighbours. Linda Roussy and my Luke from Heaven”
