He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Cook and Violet Cook; and his father-in-law Joe (Iris). He is survived by: his wife Dianne "Doe"; his siblings, Margaret (Ken) and Earl (Penny); his siblings-in-law, Linda (late Tony), Bryan (Cathy) and Rick (Luanne); his nieces and nephews, Kevin (Tiffani), Kim (Jerry), Steven (Bre), James, Liane, Leif, Tyler (Kayla) and Adam (Alicia); his mother-in-law Dorothy; and his brother Chris.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
