He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his parents, Michael and Mary; and his brother John. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick (Anna), Brian (Deborah) and Jeffrey (Lori); his grandchildren, Adam, David (Tracey), Chris (Sarah), Michelle, Tyler (Lisa) and Shae-Lynn (Evan); his great grandchildren, Emily, Xander and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Mike Kapshey, Nick Kapshey and Mary Anne Hummel.
