He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Paul Kraemer. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mortimer; his sons, Oscar and Asher; his mother Jean Ann Kraemer; his grandchildren, Rosemary, Doug Blenkiron of Belwood, Paul, Linda Kraemer of Elora, Colleen, Steve Cudney of Elora, Jack Kraemer of Kitchener, Dianne, Ted Flewwelling of Elora, Kevin Kraemer, Joe Jericho of Kitchener, Michael Kraemer of Toronto, Greg Kraemer, Lance Harding of Brisbane, Larry Kraemer of Fergus, Anna Marie, Marty Green of Fergus, Kathryn and Dave Hennick of Guelph; his daughters, Justine Kraemer of Guelph and Madison Kraemer of Toronto; and also, Don, Wendy Mortimer, Brent Sleep of Coe Hill, John, Karen Mortimer of Hanover, Lori Mortimer and Ivan Smith of Lucknow. He is also survived by his 11 siblings, their spouses, children.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (66 Shanley St, Kitchener, ON N2H5N9). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Mount Hope Cemetery (83 Roger St, Waterloo, ON N2J4A8). At the time of his illness, he was proudly operating Kraemer LLP in downtown Kitchener after having survived the challenges of the COVID pandemic.
As expressions of sympathy donations to a fund set up for the education of Oscar and Asher would be appreciated by the family (cards may be placed at the funeral home).
